This means the other 2 sisters get to be FlapJack and Tater-tot, C1 does not have a name yet, our super gold kitten is Booster and our Daperr-ist ;) of Dapper kittens is Dapper .. Dapper Dan. How awesome... ok.. I'm babbling again.. new pictures are in the picasa album! Enjoy and we will all see you in the next week!

Almost time to go home!
So we have been really bad about keeping you all posted on how well these babies are doing. They have become confident tacklers of pillows and random socks, chubby little all night munchers and adorable little cuddlers. They have learned how to "poof" their tails and are perfecting their 'scary kitty' crab walk. They are absolutely hillarious!
All 5 babies are weened and on iams kitten food now. Momma still let's them nurse once in a while for comfort... but it isnt needed... she just loves them. They are also all using the litter box really well! We have no idea how it is such a natural instinct to use the sand.. but they took to it with no trouble at all!
Although we are going to be a little sad to see them go, we are so excited that they are such heathly little goofballs that are going to such spoiling homes. We have already heard stories about how toys and food and special beds have already been purchased! and 4 of these babies have names already too! Booster Gold, FlapJack, Tater-tot, and Dapper Dan. Only one lonely calico is unclaimed. (we're working on that though... we want them all to go to awesome homes!)

We are getting bigger!
Each of these kittens is averaging a 1/2oz per day weight gain! They are super healthy and really starting to try to roam around their makeshift box of a home. I've posted some new pictures to share.. and... I am not sure now... we may still be looking for 5 new foster parents for these babies... I hope that we find excited parents soon, so they can watch their new furry babies grow up and get ready to come home!

Hide and Seek
I was bored yesterday because my people went to work, soooo, I played hide and seek with my kittens. Moved them all behind the TV just for fun. Mommy (Amber) couldn't find 'em for a whole 2 minutes!
Babies are born!!
Well... Friday afternoon.... April 25th... Annabelle gave birth to 5 beautiful baby kittens. She did a wonderful job and is being a wonderful new young mommy. All 5 of her kittens are big, already chubby.. and completely spoiled already. Her litter has 3 calicos (these are females), 1 orange tabby (probably a male) and one that is mostly white... with a black tail and some cute 'mask like' black marking on the head. bottom line- they are ADORABLE they were weighed last night, April 27th... and at 2 days old they each weiged between 5 and 5 1/2 oz.
